You Complete Me Package

This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all the details that go into making your wedding truly memorable and fabulous, from venue to tasting, etc. I am with you the whole way, from the begging stages of planning to booking vendors to coordinating the wedding day.

Package includes:

  • Unlimited in-person consultations/meetings as well as phone and email correspondence.
  • Monthly checklists to keep us both on track.
  • Provide assistance with tracking RSVP's.
  • Final meeting covering all details with client the month of wedding, as well as the week prior to the wedding.
  • Contact and confirm delivery, setup, payment and expectations with all vendors.
  • Final walk-through with clients at selected sites the month of the wedding.
  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. (This does NOT include the main wedding decor and or decorator).
  • On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 10 hours (Additional hours can be added as needed).
  • Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss.
  • Supervision of venue set up. Ensure that all table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed.
  • Includes an assistant for day of wedding.
  • Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager.
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items.
  • Assist with menu and beverage planning (catering).

Perfect Package

The Perfect Package is for the couple that has started the planning, found the venue and the major items that may be needed in planning their wedding, but they need someone to help them complete it. I will help cover all the unfinished details and help turn your vision into reality.

Includes all of Basic Package.

Meet at venue to go over decor elements, speak to venue manager, etc.

Assist you with choosing vendors in up to four categories (florist, DJ, cake etc.) This includes research to determine if vendor is available and what their pricing is, as well as comparing other options to help you find "the perfect one". I will also help negotiate contracts as necessary.

Basic Package

We handle the day of the wedding so that YOU, your family, and your wedding party, are relaxed and free to enjoy your special day!

Services include:

  • Initial and final consultation with the bride and groom
  • Information on wedding etiquette
  • Marriage License information
  • Customized ceremony and reception timeline, which is then distributed to all contracted vendors
  • One hour of direction at the rehearsal (can also be co-coordinated with the officiant)

Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

Assist with handing out wedding flowers, pinning corsages, boutonnieres, etc.

Provide a well-equipped wedding emergency kit

Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Ensure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, the wedding dress trains are straight, etc.

Help photographer to get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for photography, etc

On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 5 hours. (Additional hours can be added as needed)

Mileage to and from wedding venue and reception (up to 25 miles - additional miles will be billed at a fair rate)
